Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ontshirtsale, all products are custom-made to order. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Changes, Cancellations & Exchanges

As all items are produced on demand, any request to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Requests received after 12 hours cannot be accommodated, as the order will have entered production.

  • Ontshirtsale is not responsible for incorrect information (including size, style, color, or shipping details) if changes are not requested within the allowed timeframe.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for selecting the correct product style and size. Orders placed with incorrect selections are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

  • Tracking information is used to determine whether an order has been delivered or officially lost during transit.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping address provided at checkout and is returned to us, please contact our support team. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Returns or Replacements Due to Our Error

All orders undergo strict quality control prior to shipment. However, if you receive a product with any of the issues listed below, please contact us immediately:

  • Printed image is unclear or blurred

  • Printed image is misaligned or off-center

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item damaged during delivery (e.g., torn, stained, or defective)

  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the original order

  • Any other error caused by Ontshirtsale

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please email us with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

  • We are not responsible for sizing issues when the product is manufactured exactly according to the customer’s order.

  • If an incorrect size was shipped due to our error, this policy will apply.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This ensures the fastest and most secure refund process.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a return is required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.

Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate orders (one order will be canceled and refunded)

  • Order not received within 30 days

  • Damaged or defective items (as defined in the Return Policy)

In most cases, we will prioritize sending a replacement without requiring the return of the item. If you prefer a refund instead, it will be processed after the returned item is received (if applicable).

6. Return Instructions

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 2: Return Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be notified via email.

  • Your return will be inspected and approved or rejected accordingly.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

  • If you do not see the refund immediately, please allow additional time for processing by your bank or credit card provider.
